Jessica Hernandez brings over a decade of Applied Behavior Analysis expertise to Easterseals Northern California. She began her career as an in-home behavior technician and has since held a variety of clinical and operational roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of service delivery across home, clinic, school, and community settings. With a deep background in clinical operations and staff development, Jessica is dedicated to supporting children with autism and developmental differences. She takes pride in helping her teams grow, ensuring every family receives the high-quality, individualized care they deserve.

Since stepping into leadership in 2019, Jessica has specialized in scaling ABA services while maintaining clinical integrity. She was instrumental in the ground-up launch of a thriving clinic, overseeing everything from hiring and training to operational setup, and has successfully expanded ABA access through strategic partnerships with East Bay school districts.

She also supported her team’s shift to telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing the training protocols and digital infrastructure necessary to sustain treatment for families.

Today, Jessica’s work is driven by a passion for mentorship and leadership development. By supervising aspiring BCBAs and building robust, compliant clinical teams, she ensures that the next generation of practitioners is equipped to deliver thoughtful, life-changing care.
