Connie Santilli is a global business and technology executive with extensive experience driving transformation, growth, and operational excellence across public companies, private enterprises, and startups. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Enterprise & Emerging Markets at Gap Inc., where she led strategic technology and business initiatives that improved performance, scalability, and long-term value.

Earlier, Connie served as General Manager at RCM Technologies and Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Innowave Consulting, leading growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation programs for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She began her career in accounting and finance management positions with Thomson Reuters, Sperry Topsider Inc. and McGraw-Hill, Inc., building a strong foundation in financial management, business operations and corporate strategy.

Beyond her corporate career, Connie serves on the elected advisory body representing San Mateo County’s unincorporated midcoast communities, is an Audit Committee member for the Global Fund for Women and advises several startup companies. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity, gender equity, and inclusive leadership.
