Interim Senior Director of Community Programs

As Interim Senior Director of Community Programs, Christine focuses on growing her team across Northern California and overseeing the Adult, Early Intervention, and Respite Programs. She is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care for both caregivers and the clients we serve. Christine also builds and maintains strong relationships with Regional Center managers and coordinators to expand services and reach more families throughout Easterseals Northern California’s communities.

Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Saint Mary’s College of California in 2002. She began her career as a paraprofessional with the Solano County Department of Education and continued working in the field while pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which she completed in 2005 at Alliant International University in Orange County. She then served as an Early Intervention Teacher for the Orange County Department of Education until returning to Northern California in 2013.

Christine joined Easterseals Northern California as a Program Supervisor and transitioned to the Early Intervention Program in 2017 as an Early Interventionist. During her time with the organization, she has played a key role in expanding Early Intervention services by developing community partnerships, collaborating with pediatricians and educators, and supporting the professional growth of her team. She has also supported the growth of the Adult Program across two locations, with plans for expansion into additional counties. Most recently, she has taken on oversight of the Respite Program and continues to work toward increasing access to services for the communities served.
