Chief Executive Officer

Brandon Cox serves as chief executive officer of Easterseals Northern California, where he leads the organization’s mission to empower children, adults and families to live meaningful lives and reach their full potential. He is committed to advancing innovative, person-centered services while building a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

With a career that began in direct service supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, Brandon brings more than 15 years of progressive operational and executive leadership in the nonprofit disability sector. Before joining Easterseals Northern California, he served as chief operating officer of LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired in San Francisco, where he also served as Interim chief executive officer. Throughout his career, he has led organizational strategy, operations, finance, major capital initiatives and multidisciplinary teams in support of sustainable growth and mission impact.

Brandon is passionate about developing strong teams, fostering innovation, and partnering with employees, families and communities to expand opportunities for people with disabilities. His leadership is grounded in the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Brandon’s commitment to the disability community is both professional and personal. Coming from a family dedicated to serving people with disabilities and as the parent of a child with autism, he brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. He has devoted his career to advancing inclusion, expanding opportunity and helping individuals and families thrive.
