Jim Kelleher is the CEO of Easterseals Northern California and the Chief Population Health Officer of the Catalight Foundation.

Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field and a wealth of knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm to Easterseals Northern California as they work to increase organizations’ capacity to care. Jim also guides the organization’s innovation function and public policy.

Jim joined Easterseals Bay Area, now Easterseals Northern California, from Kaiser Permanente, where he worked for over 15 years in multiple leadership level roles, including most recently as the Vice President of Specialty Services over Northern California. In this role, he headed all of the region’s efforts to reposition specialty services into Centers of Excellence in pursuit of optimized outcomes for Kaiser patients. Jim also oversaw Transgender Services and Autism Services for the Northern California Region beginning in 2013.

Jim began his career as a Critical Care Staff Nurse in Buffalo, NY, and then moved to the New York State Department of Mental Health, The Visiting Nurse Association, NorthBay Healthcare System and Sutter Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice before joining Kaiser.

Jim is a Registered Nurse and holds an Associate of Applied Science, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing.
