Safeway and ESNorCal grocery campaign

Safeway Supporting Disabilities With August Checkout Donations

On your next trip to the grocery store, you can help Easterseals Hawaii and Easterseals Northern California create life-changing solutions so that people with disabilities can live, learn, work and play to their full potential.

Stop into your local Safeway store during the month of August and participate in an in-store fundraising campaign. Donations are accepted at checkout. Your donation will help support the exceptional programs that make a difference in your community.

Over the last three decades, Safeway has raised more than $140 million to help Easterseals across the country provide services for people with disabilities. Safeway’s roughly 1,300 stores across the United States (operating under various brand names) devoted the month of August to raising money for Easterseals in this coordinated company-wide effort. Easterseals is honored to have the support of Safeway, its employees and customers. Together, they are helping children and adults living with disabilities.
